Sažetak
Međunarodne smernice (WHO) preporučuju trideset minuta dnevno umerene do visoke aerobne fizičke aktivnosti (Moderate to vigorous Physical Activity – MVPA) tokom školskog vremena, što je polovina od preporučenog dnevnog fizičkog vežbanja. Takođe, ističe se značaj fizičke aktivnosti sa minimalnim vremenom u trajanju od deset minuta dnevno u MVPA. Međutim, dosadašnja istraživanja ističu nedovoljnu zainteresovanost učenika za vežbanjem, kako na nastavi fizičkog vaspitanja, tako i tokom slobodnog vremena nakon škole. Cilj preglednog rada bio je da kroz sistematski pregled naučne literature istakne rezultate randomizovanih kliničkih studija koje opisuju uticaj organizovanog fizičkog vežbanja na motivaciju i povećanje vremena provedenog u MVPA. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na problem motivacije učenika od šest do četrnaest godina, kao i na nedovoljnu efikasnost primenjenih programa fizičkog vežbanja u nastavi. Od svih realizovanih fizičkih aktivnosti u toku jedne školske godine najviše efikasnim se pokazalo timsko vežbanje u nastavi (različite ekipne igre). Potrebna su dalja istraživanja radi definisanja faktora koji imaju uticaja na motivaciju učenika za većim učešćem u nastavi fizičkog vaspitanja. Pogotovo, važno je razvijati svest o značaju svakodnevne fizičke aktivnosti, ali one koja se izvodi za povremenim povećanim intenzitetom vežbanja.
